Evergreen Function Venue bookings - Port Elizabeth, South Africa

Whilst a provisional booking will be made for a client over the telephone, this MUST be confirmed by a deposit, failing which the provisional booking will be cancelled. This can be done by paying the necessary deposit into our bank account and then either by faxing or emailing the form to us along with the deposit slip.


Payment Terms

DEPOSIT:
The deposit consists of the venue hire fee and a breakage deposit of R1000.00. The breakage deposit will be refunded 48 hours after the function less any breakages. It is clarified that, as our venues are much in demand, this deposit is to secure the venue for the client’s personal use, and is non refundable.

BALANCE:
The full costs of the function remaining after the deduction of the deposit made but including all costs incurred, whether included in the original estimate or not, are due and payable upon presentation of our invoice, 2 (two) weeks prior to the function.

MEANS OF PAYMENT
Payment will only be accepted in cash, or by direct deposit or internet banking transfer to our nominated bank account.

CANCELLATIONS:
No refund of deposit will be made.

BREACH OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
In the event of any breach of these terms and conditions in regard to payments due, the client agrees, by submission of the Confirmation Form referred to herein, and acceptance thereof by the management of the Bushbuck Ridge Game Farm, to recovery by legal process of any amounts due and outstanding, such legal action to take place in the Magistrates Court for the district of Port Elizabeth, on an "Attorney and Client" fee basis.

Exclusions
The kitchens and bars facilities are NOT available for guests use, nor may they bring their own food and alcohol. If alcohol is brought onto the premises a corkage fee will be charged or it will be confiscated.

Venue Decoration
Décor and additional costs to be discussed / negotiated with management.
